Return Policy

At LeatherFes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., leather goods) and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at contact@leatherfes.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  • Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the receipt or proof of purchase and the RAN.
  • Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website, leatherfes.com.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@leatherfes.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Please ensure the item is marked as a “Return” on customs forms to avoid additional fees. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Gift Returns

If the item was purchased as a gift, returns will be issued as store credit to the original purchaser or to the gift recipient, upon request. Please contact us at contact@leatherfes.com to initiate the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging
