Free Shipping Info

We’re happy to offer Free International Shipping from our leather shop for orders over $100. If the total amount is below $100, a dynamic rate will be applied.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order once the items are handed over to the courier. These emails will contain the tracking number, courier website details, and expected delivery date.Tracking numbers may take 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s website.

Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped via FedEx Express International Shipping. Residential shipments to the USA and some other countries may be left at the door if no one is available to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Courier agents (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, Chronopost) may not provide signed confirmation in such cases. To avoid disputes, ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries with a 5-day workweek. In many Islamic countries, Fridays are non-working days. Deliveries are made during the courier’s normal business hours, which vary by country. No shipments are made from our store on Sundays or public holidays, as our logistics partner does not operate on those days.

Transit Times

We send a notification email within 24 to 48 hours after order placement with expected shipping milestones and estimated transit time and delivery date.If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days due to varying item availability.All products are shipped from our leather shop.

Transit Risk

We ship all parcels fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier fails to deliver, you bear no loss. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any full or partial damage after the package is left at the customer’s address by the courier.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is placed, alterations cannot be made. However, address change requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. Send requests to contact@leatherfes.com.

Multiple Address Order

This option is currently unavailable. To ship to different addresses, place multiple orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Some couriers charge penalties for incorrect shipping addresses (e.g., mismatched address and zip code). Customers are responsible for these fees. Ensure your shipping address is correct.Customers will bear re-shipping charges for reshipments due to incorrect addresses.

Packing Method

All products are packed securely and placed in corrugated boxes. Orders are shipped via first-class air courier services and delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch.

What if Any Delays?

If there’s a delay due to an item being out of stock or other reasons, we’ll notify you by email. Benefits such as store credit or a free gift may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT, custom taxes, and import duties vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in our ordering process and may be charged by your government.International customers are responsible for customs or duty fees, which vary by country. Couriers may also charge additional service fees.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

The billing address is where you receive your credit card bills. The shipping address is where you want your order delivered.

What Happens if My Order is Lost in Transit?
