The following terms and conditions apply between “you” (the customer) and LeatherFes when you purchase an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Moroccan law.
Your contract for purchases states that all goods ordered are for private and domestic use only and not for resale.
You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.
You warrant that all details provided to LeatherFes for ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current, and complete, and that the payment method used is your own with sufficient funds to cover the purchase.
You agree that email can be used as a means of communication.
During registration, you must use an email address and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that email address and password and must only purchase using your own details. Inform LeatherFes immediately of any changes to your details.
Using a false name or invalid payment method to order is prohibited.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for any costs, expenses, or legal fees incurred by LeatherFes due to your breach of these conditions or liabilities arising from your use of this website. You remain liable if someone else uses your account unless you can prove fraudulent use.
When placing an order, ensure all information is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If stock is insufficient, LeatherFes will inform you immediately and issue a full refund, including any postage costs.
Prices listed on LeatherFes are correct at the time of publication but may change at our discretion. Prices include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
No contract exists until LeatherFes accepts your order by dispatching the product and confirming via email.
Ensure all order details, including delivery address, are correct before submitting payment. Report discrepancies to LeatherFes immediately.
You will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided. If not received, contact us at contact@leatherfes.com.
Delivery
LeatherFes will dispatch goods within 1-3 working days of receiving your order to the address provided.
LeatherFes cannot pass specific delivery instructions to the courier.
For international deliveries, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Contact your local customs office for details, as policies vary. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections.
Payment
LeatherFes accepts major credit/debit cards (VISA and Master Card). Payment methods are subject to validation and authorization by the issuer. LeatherFes is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to payment authorization issues.
Cancelling an Order/Returns Procedure
You may clear items from your shopping basket before submitting an order.
To change or cancel an order, contact contact@leatherfes.com immediately. If the order has been dispatched, follow the Returns procedure.
For cancellations, any payment will be refunded within 30 days, provided returned goods are in original, unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If in the European Union, you may cancel within seven days of receiving goods (whole order only) for a full refund, including standard postage, per Distance Selling Regulations. You cover return shipping costs. After seven days or for partial cancellations, you have 14 days to return goods for a refund (excluding postage).
Contract Cancellation
You may cancel the contract within seven working days of receiving the products. Follow the Returns procedure.
Returns Procedure
Return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in original, unused condition with security tags attached. Contact contact@leatherfes.com for details.
Exchange-Procedure
LeatherFes offers exchanges on items. Contact contact@leatherfes.com for instructions.
Privacy
LeatherFes will not share your personal or payment details with third parties. We will never request personal details via email. Report unsolicited emails requesting your details to contact@leatherfes.com.
Liability
LeatherFes is not liable for errors or omissions on the website and may change information, prices, specifications, or descriptions without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you, cancel the order, and refund any payments, including postage. You may re-order at the correct price.
For incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, notify us within 10 working days of delivery at contact@leatherfes.com. We will replace, repair, or refund the goods, provided they are returned (unless we waive return).
Product images may vary due to browser or monitor differences. LeatherFes is not liable for color discrepancies.
Goods are for private use only. LeatherFes is not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, or third-party claims arising from website or product use.
We take measures to secure data but are not liable for unlikely breaches in our systems.
LeatherFes is not liable for delivery delays or other issues due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions).
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for loss of content transmitted through the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties related to products, except for your statutory rights under Moroccan law.
